Tomorrow is a big day… it’s my daughter’s last day of elementary school! She has been gearing up to celebrate moving on to middle school with her friends, but also to say goodbye to her favorite teacher, Mrs. C. My girl first had Mrs. C for fourth grade, then got super lucky when Mrs. C moved up to fifth grade along with her. My daughter says that Mrs. C makes learning fun and they share a love of math and kittens. (Can’t say I blame them!)
Mrs. C also has a great love for chocolate, so when I came across a used House Mouse Chocolate Truffle (Stampa Rosa, circa 1999), I knew it would make the perfect ‘thank you’ card to go along with some delectable handmade truffles!
